Since 1988, Life Management has provided counseling services to clients from Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC. We are centrally located in the heart of downtown Washington where our office is easily accessible by public transportation.
Our Approach
Life Management utilizes a unique approach to counseling that focuses the client on positive outcomes. Our treatment builds on the client’s unique strengths and positive experiences to produce desired change. Our clinicians work with clients to assess their needs, to define specific goals and to take practical steps in pursuing their goals.
We provide an integrated and comprehensive approach utilizing a variety of clinical strategies and techniques. We believe that every clinician must have a broad array of tools in order to assist clients who may have multiple therapeutic needs. Thus, Life Management counselors are well qualified to utilize techniques based on the client – rather than on the comfort zone or preferences of the clinician.
